Les Jones grew up on Hilton Head Island and has been a resident for over 30 years. Les was raised in the Real Estate industry with his dad, Bill Jones, being a successful real estate businessman on the Island. It is from him that Les developed a strong work ethic, and the determination to succeed in bringing the commitment and high ethical practices to make a positive contribution to the community. After receiving his degree in Business Management he returned to Hilton Head, to the island's beaches, coastal lifestyle and natural scenery, which he feels are the perfect backdrop to a rewarding and fulfilling life.

Les and his wife, Hillary, have two children Paul, four and Catherine, two. They live in Wexford Plantation and enjoy island life together with frequent visits with family and friends.
